Each pair is crafted with high-quality leather and designed with full-length height-increasing layers tailored to each model and size, based on human foot bone structure and walking mechanics. With a 15-degree curve, the height-increasing layer is made from lightweight, soft, and elastic material, fitting closely to the arch of the foot for even support. This ensures daily comfort without discomfort. Our shoe lasts are designed to prevent slipping while providing ample room and comfort, with insoles absorbing impact and cushioning your feet. Mid-insoles prevent deterioration and ensure air circulation, while outer soles support natural movement.

Q: What are the benefits of wearing IDOLRA® elevator shoes?

A: Elevator shoes look like regular shoes while featuring built-in height-increasing layers. They naturally make the wearer appear taller and improve posture, which can boost confidence and social interaction. The added height helps you feel on par with peers and might encourage you to pursue new opportunities. These shoes are designed to be both comfortable and stylish, with a variety of styles, colors, and sizes to suit any taste—from loafers to sneakers to boots.

Q: Can I change the height increase level on a particular style?

A: Yes, you can select the desired height on the product page and place your order directly. We offer customization for height, color, materials, or outsole, and can add names or logos. We can even convert regular shoes into elevator shoes. The cost varies depending on the request, so please contact our customer service for details.

Q: Will anyone know that I am wearing height increase shoes?

A: Our elevator shoes have thicker insoles to enhance height discreetly. Since the height increase is internal, it looks natural and hidden, so you enjoy extra height without appearing to wear heels.

Q: Do you offer exotic leather options?

A: Yes, exotic leathers like crocodile, python, snake, lizard, and elk are available upon request.

Q: Can you customize shoes for leg length discrepancies?

A: Yes, we have a professional R&D team and factory to customize shoes for leg discrepancies. For details on procedures and pricing, please contact our customer service.

Q: My feet are different sizes. Can you modify my shoes to fit properly?

A: Yes, as part of our custom shoemaking process, we create shoe lasts based on your individual foot measurements, ensuring a perfect fit for both feet. We can also modify or repair existing designer shoes.

Q: Do I need to alter the length of my pants?

A: Usually, there’s no need to alter your pants. Wearing slightly longer trousers with wider legs can enhance the invisible effect. Pants should have enough length to cover the shoe's lift area. Longer pants are recommended for extra height-increase styles.

Q: Is the sizing different for your shoes?

A: Most shoes are true to size. If a style fits differently, we will note it in the description with advice on sizing. For international conversions, please refer to our size help page.

Q: Can I remove the height-increasing layer and use it in regular shoes?

A: We don’t recommend it, as the built-in layer is fixed and non-removable. Removing it could damage the shoes and may not fit regular shoes, causing discomfort. If you wish to remove it, contact customer service for a special request, though extra charges apply.

Shipping FAQs

Q: Where are the orders shipped from?

A: We have global warehouses in the United States, Europe, Singapore, Canada, Hong Kong, and other regions. Orders are fulfilled from the warehouse closest to your location with available inventory. If an item is oversold, we fulfill the order from the next nearest warehouse with stock.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: In-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Custom orders require 7-15 days for production.

Q: What shipping methods do you use?

A: We utilize various shipping methods, including DHL, FEDEX, Aramex, USPS, EMS, and Air Parcel Register, depending on the destination.

Q: What will my package look like?

A: To ensure privacy, all packages are discreetly wrapped in plain gray bags or brown cartons. International packages include a customs declaration marked as "Sample shoes."

Q: Can I buy your shoes in a physical store or pay with cash on delivery?

A: Currently, our shoes are only available for purchase online. We do not accept cash on delivery; payments should be made before shipment using credit card, debit card, PayPal, or Western Union.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping costs vary by country and method. Enter your country on the checkout page to see the shipping time and cost.

Q: Can I special order a shoe that is out of stock?

A: Yes, we can custom-make a pair for you if the desired shoes are out of stock, with an additional custom fee.

Q: Can you replicate my favorite pair of shoes if they are stained?

A: Yes, we can replicate your favorite worn-out shoes or a beloved pair in different colors. We need either the original pair or a clear reference image to replicate the design.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: You can request to cancel your order before it is shipped. Due to our fast processing, please contact us immediately via phone, WhatsApp, chat, or email. Note that canceling custom-made and regular orders during production will result in a 50% refund. Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

Q: Do I need to pay import taxes and duties?

A: Import duties vary by country and shipping method and are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any import taxes and duties that may be charged when your parcel passes through customs. Many countries do not charge import duties on personal items below a certain value. We recommend checking local regulations before ordering. If you refuse delivery due to import duties or taxes, you assume all costs involved in returning the item to us.

Q: How can I find out about my local import tariffs?

A: Each country has its own import regulations. You can check your local post office or customs agency's website to estimate import duties. Orders shipped via express mail services (like DHL) have a higher chance of being taxed. Some countries, like the US, UK, UAE, and most EU countries, may be duty-free with our shipping methods. Please contact us for more information if you have concerns about taxes.

Q: How do I handle customs duties on my orders?

A: We cannot predict customs duties you may need to pay. Customers are responsible for assisting with customs clearance. We will mark shoes as "Sample shoes" with a lower value to minimize duties. If customs require proof of payment or invoices, please contact us for the necessary documents.

Q: My tracking shows "Delivered," but I haven't received my parcel. What should I do?

A: Here are some steps to resolve this issue: Verify the shipping address on your order; check your mailbox, garage, front/back doors, or company front desk/mailroom; ask family, neighbors, or friends if they received the parcel on your behalf. If still missing, contact your local courier to confirm delivery. Orders marked "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. We can contact the courier for investigation, but results are not guaranteed. IDOLRA® cannot be held liable for non-delivery in this case.

Q: Do I need to sign for my delivery if I am not home?

A: It is up to the delivery personnel whether to leave the package. They will not leave it in an unsafe area.

Return FAQs

Q: What is your return policy?

  1. We accept returns within 90 days of receiving your package. If you encounter any issues after purchase, please contact us directly for assistance. We will let you know if a return is necessary and provide the correct return address.
  2. You must contact us before returning an item. Returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted. If a package is returned without our approval, sent to the wrong address, contains the wrong item, or is empty, IDOLRA® reserves the right to deny any compensation.

Q: Do I have to choose the shipping insurance?

A: No, shipping insurance is optional. You can uncheck it if you do not need it. The Shipping Guarantee provides premium protection for your items during international shipping. If your package is reported lost or shoes are damaged, we will reship it at no extra charge.

Q: Do I have to pay the return shipping cost if I return the shoes? How much is the cost?

A: If you return shoes due to personal reasons (such as size issues or personal preference), you are responsible for the return shipping fee. Please consult with your local courier for specific costs. As a regular customer of IDOLRA®, any return shipping fees can be offset by discounts on future orders.
