Global Shipping

Our global warehouses are located in the United States, Europe, Singapore, Canada, Hong Kong, and other regions. We stock our products in these warehouses to fulfill orders efficiently based on inventory location. Whenever possible, we prioritize shipping from the warehouse nearest to your location. If an item is oversold, the order will be fulfilled from the next available warehouse with stock.

IDOLRA? Packaging & Shipping

The packaging for your order depends on the number and size of the items. Typically, products are shipped in the original IDOLRA? box. Each shoe is individually wrapped in a protective shoe bag, and each pair is packed in a shoe box to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

To maintain customer privacy, packages are shipped discreetly in plain gray bags or brown cartons, concealing the contents. For international shipments, a customs declaration will list the contents as "Sample shoes." IDOLRA shoes are packaged in a black box.

Shipping Rates

Estimated Shipping Costs:

You can view estimated shipping costs by selecting an item, which will be displayed in your cart. Shipping rates are shown on the shopping cart page, along with a map indicating your location and an option to choose a different location. You are not required to complete the purchase or provide payment information unless you proceed to checkout.

Actual Shipping Fee:

The actual shipping fee is provided at checkout after you enter your delivery address on the shipping page.

Shipping Guarantee Fee:

The Shipping Guarantee offers premium protection for your items during international shipping. If your package is reported lost or damaged, we will reship it at no additional cost. This insurance is optional, and you can choose to uncheck it if you do not require it.

Shipping Carrier

By default, our shipments are handled by DHL.

IDOLRA? Shoes processes online orders daily, with exceptions for holidays. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are typically processed and packaged on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are handled the next business day. Large or custom orders may take an additional two or more days to process. While we process orders seven days a week, DHL picks up shipments from our warehouse Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

IDOLRA? Shoes is not responsible for delays or delivery issues once the order is handed over to DHL or another carrier.

Note:

1) The shipping time mentioned above refers to the estimated time of business days that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped.

2) Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays.

3) These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times.

4) Above shipping methods may be changed due to specific situation.

5) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

6) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

7) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

8) The actual shipping fee will be displayed at checkout once your actual destination address in inserted on the shipping page.

9) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.

10) If you address is remote areas where is out of the DHL service, we need to charge extra $30 for the shipping fee.

Friendly Reminder:

1.We usually print per pair of shoes value $10-$20 in the invoice, saying those shoes are samples for you to lower the duties cost.

2.We are currently experiencing delays with parcels due to increased volumes across the countries as well as continued COVID-19 restrictions. These delays will mostly impact orders that are being sent between Countries which seriously affected by the epidemic. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
